can you advise wher I obtain info re " block Management"
I manage a block on behalf of freeholder, I own two properties in the block. I have just been asked by solicitor acting for another leaseholder who is selling for a copy of the Asbestos report and told I have to have one done.

I dont want to be bullied or incur unneccary expense for others but if I have to.
