Dear Sirs,

HELP I am at my wits end with this stupdid and idiotic Law which allows the tenants to not pay the Housing Benefit money when they receive it direct and I wondered if there was any way round it apart from the tenant being 2 months in arrears with their rent, i.e. is there a high Street Bank that has an account that is in the Tenants name but the tenant cannot access and the said money then gets transferred to the Landlords account?.

Regards.
