I own the house i rent out.I lived there myself for about 2 1/2 years. It was my only home then.

So i would like to have the Owner Occupier Tenancy Agreement for future tenants.

I will ring the RLA tomorrow.
Do i have to wait till i have definite tenants lined up?
Or can it be e-mailed to me or downloaded to then add appropriate details myself when the time comes?

Kind regards,

Helen
