Hi,
I am just starting down the interesting road of becoming a landlord. I was curious as to what the general trend is in relation to letting. I know it always depends on circumstances, but I was wonering what people generally thougt in terms of renting a property part furnished (i.e. basic furnishings of bed, sofas, table etc); and is it better / more attractive to rent out with for example council tax and tv licence included?

Kind regards
