I have some questions relating to requirements/recommendations are for letting agents to conduct health and safety checks in the houses they are renting out including the check for Legionairres disease.

1. What needs to be checked
2. How often checked
3. Who to check
4. Who pays
5. How to check

Possibly looking into conducting our own checks on:

1. Gas
2. Electrical
3. Fire
4. Legionairres
5. Damp
6. Asbestos
7. any other risks/possible causes of injury/harm
