I have a 3 bed Terrace house that is let by letting agent. It has the old style Double glazing where the only opening part is the top fanlight... this means you could not get out of the windows if there was a fire.
The Tenant has been there (2 years)has told the letting agent this and they have told me that I need to get at least (1) window installed that the tenant can get out of. ...Is this true! Or can it wait.
I would be happy (Well not happy) to get new Double Glazing installed, but this would not be until November this year.

advice would be great.
