Hi

I have a potential tenant who has a CCJ which has not been satisfied. They have explained what it is to me. They are prepared to pay 2 months rent plus 1 month deposit before they move in and then 2 months rent the following month and the month after, to cover a 6 month tenancy.

is there anything I should be aware of if I accept this?

Does the AST agreements still have the same eviction notices etc if needed?
