Hi,
We had a tenant evicted from our apartment in August he owed us £3,500.00 in rent he was obviously a fraudster. We visited our new tenants yesterday and they gave us a great pile of post for the previous tenant plus a good half a dozen different names using our address. They are mostly debt collection agencies plus new applications to register a new business with different banks? Our problem is what should we do with the post? We thought we'd just return them to senders but we do not want our new tenants hassled. There's a massive electric bill for the apartment. We contacted the police when we first had him evicted because he stole a whole lot of the contents of the apartment but they were not interested they said he probably had a whole pile of names he was using and they were right.
Hope you can advise us.
