Contents Insurance whilst repossession proceedings underway

Hi,

One of my properties is currently going through the court for repossession due to non-payment of rent.

My content insurance provider has said they cannot renew the policy whilst this is going on.

Does anyone know an insurer who will offer contents cover while repossession proceedings are taking place?
