Our ex tenant left many bags of clothes, papers etc when she left following section 21 notice. We displayed a chattels notice on property window and she has texted that she wishes to collect her belongings.

Do we have to let her into the property to collect them or can we either pass the bags to her at the front door or leave them outside the front door at an agreed time? As she left owing over £1000 rent we don't want her in the house again.
