A pospective tenant who was meant to be renting a property i was improving and due to rent to on 27-11-09 pulled out a few days after signing 12 month tenancy aggreement claiming she could not afford it, even though the last 3 months previous she has been back and fore measuring for curtains etc, and making other requests like wood flooring. Is there any way I can get compensation for wasted time etc;I didn't take holding deposit or bond but was due 2 months rent 10-11-09 when i found out.
