Hello,
I have two semi detached properties next to each other, one had an extention with 8 rooms all rented as shared house, 3 toilets/shower rooms, large kitchen with two cookers/ovens, all fire doors with smoke alarms in rooms amd corridors.

The second property is also rented out in rooms, 4 rooms rented with the small room as storaged room, 2 toilet/shower rooms, smoke alarms in rooms and corridors.
Both properties only have ground floor and first floor, so do i need to be licenced?.
Awaiting your reply,
Mrs D Anderson
