It worries me when i advertise one of my properties ie need new tenants,when i recieve many phone calls ref: the newspaper advert.I normally do a telephone interview of background to establish whether to offer them a viewing of the property. I ask of their employment status and their incomes and ask why they are looking to move to my area/property.Can you please suggest any further important/crucail questions that i could ask? i will be using your credit check service once i have narrowed down applicants,Do i need 2/3 passed addresses and D.O.B. of tenants? Is that enough details for cred check?
