Anyone come across Spark Energy, a specialist provider of energy for let properties? As well as a landlord I was a tenant for a bit until March last year and am still owed for overpayment of my utilities. They keep promising payment in a few weeks, but it never arrives. They say they only have limited funds per day for refunds. Draw your own conclusions...
