Hi Martini,

Its my understanding that the insulation grants are a Govt Scheme. If you google 'insulation grants' there is a host of information about it.
You'll need to be quick though - the grants are due to end soon.
You can just enter your postcode to see if you are eligible for 100% of the cost.
I arranged loft insulation for my rental property and they did the cavity walls too - all completely free!
