Hi there

Can you let me know who is responsible for providing a aerial to the property. I have a tenant who has moved in and the property does not have a aerial and the tenant is now demanding that the landlord puts one in, I am sure that its not the landlords responsibility to provide the aerial however if the tenant did put one in she is within her rights to remove the aerial when she leaves, am I correct??
