Selling house with tenants

I have tenants in my property and am considering selling it. My tenants were issued with a 6 month AST when they moved in 8 months ago which has now become a rolling tenancy. I would welcome advise on how to manage this appropriately as ideally I would like my tenants to stay in the property until it sells.
