We had a visit from Bristow and Sutor bailiffs with "notice of inteded seizure of goods" regard to council tax not paid by our tenants.The councl has billed us since they could not trace the tenannt. Can Bristow and Sutor Bailiffs enter and seize our (landlords) good ?
