The pre-printed Assured Shorthold tenancy agreement and the AST off the website are both identical and either may be used.

It is simply a matter of preference as to which you would like to use. If you wish to order a pre-printed set of tenacy agreements, please call the office and we will take payment and we will arrange for the agreements to be posted out to you, although you should note that we are currently out of stock and do not have a delivery date yet.

If you are a member of the RLA, then all the documents on the "documents and guides" page, including the tenancy agreement, are free to download and use as many times as you require.
