I am in the process of doing a fire risk assesment in conjunction with the LACORS guidance docs.

1.I am unsure whether the laminate flooring which covers most of the ground floor is permissable under fire regulations?

2. Also can you advise me what the policy is on tenants own electrical appliances, ie do I have any responsibilty to ensure that their equipment is compliant?

3. One of my tenants stores petrol in a jerry can in the garden adjacent to the tank for the heating oil, I am assuming that this is dangerous and that I am within my rights to get him to move it elsewhere, would the shed be acceptable?

Thank you
