Housing benefit - good/bad?

Evening all

I have a potential tenant who is on housing benefit. I don't want to discriminate against her as a potential tenant just because she is on housing benefit.

However, my prime concern is a steady and stable rent payment.

Anyone have expereince of income support tenanting, and how has it been?

Appreciate the benefit of anyone's knowledge or experience.
