When we bought the property we were offered watersupply Pipe Insurance cover from Homeserve. When they realised we were not living in the property but had rented it out they said we could not have this cover. Do you know if there is anyone who will insure us for this as landlords ?
We are now in the process of having the garden and patio dug up to try to find a pipe that is leaking profusely ! and would like to be covered in future should anything like this happen again.
