Dear RLA
I have a number of tenants that were signed up by a letting agent that I've recently parted company with. Some of these rents are simply too low and these tenants were brought in by the agent in a hurry to fill the large amount of voids that started to happen due to their mis management.
My question is;
Is the min amount of time a tenant is allowed in a property before upping the rent one year, six months or any other time?
Most of these properties are LHA tenants.
