Hello

I want to use the Accelerated Procedure to evict a tenant at the end of tenancy. Section 21 has been delivered with receipt at beginning of tenancy.

The house is a shared house(HMO)that does not need a licence as only 2 floors. The tenant has their own AST for their room.

However, the council has now brought in Additional Licencing from November 1. We are in the process of applying for the Additional Licence but have not obtained it yet from the Council.

On the N5B it requests in Note 8 (b) to attach a copy of the valid licence. As we do not have the licence yet, but in the process applying for one, what can I attach? We have only just started to complete the application form. Can we still use the N5b form?

Thanks for your kind help.
