What is a reasonable cost for sending reminder letters to tenants for late payment of rent and what is a reasonable cost for any cheques that does not clear (and what about failed standing orders)

Also in the RLA AST B9 What does it mean "tenant must pay our reasonable costs for reletting the property" what costs would this refer to.
