ruined carpets what to charge.

tenant took house aug 2008. all brand new fitted carpets. moved out last week and carpets so bad 2 had to be removed , rest cleaned but not great . with held all bond £600 to clean out house, repair other damage and rent arrears , which she agrees to.
But would like to know if i can invioce her the amount of cost of ruined carpets , although iam not replacing them , as new tenant wants fit own flooring .
