I have a tenant who has a standard ast tenancy agreement, and they cut a hole in the upstairs ceiling into the loft, and made a new loft hatch without my permission. Their tenancy does not end until the 21st March 2010. Can i end the tenancy sooner as they have broken the agreement by damaging the structure of the house.
