Landlord Emergency Insurance Cover

I have just recently rented out my 1st property. Something I have come across is Emergency cover so should emergency happen then it would be cover as well as tenants can call them direct. The reason I have thought about this is that I am currently abroad and what to ensure that I don't get hit by unexpected bills. I appreciate that this may cost a £100 but this is for more piece of mind.

Anyway the questions I have are

1. Can anyone suggest a provider or broker whom could help as it is not something that appears every insurance arm does
2. How worthwhile are these policies

I tried to look at any related posts via Search function without any luck.

Cover would be based on 1st flr purpose built flat in London.
