Hi, my tenant wishes to sign a new AST on the studio flat they currently rent from me.
Do I have to provide a Energy Performance Certificate before they can sign a new A.S.T. agreement?
Also, what are the consequences of providing a energy performance certificate AFTER they have signed the new A.S.T. agreement?
