Hi, my properies are all terraced houses with ground and first floors. All have 4 tenants on ASTs, the AST grants permission for them to live in their bedrooms with shared living room, bathroom and kitchen facilities. Their bedrooms have locks on the doors. Are these HMOs and if so, are there additional rules I have to comply with?
