A tenant is constantly behind with her rent to a maximum of 1 month.
I have sent her many letters as reminders to pay rent on the due date.
She has now moved out and i want to deduct money from her for the reminder letters , do i have the legal right to do this and if so is can i charge as much as £15 per letter
