I ordered an EPC from Express-EPC on the 27 of July and have since heard nothing. I have since found out that there is an EPC already for this property so I didn,t need to order one from Express-EPC. I rung them up and asked for a refund and under their terms and conditions they do not do refunds. However they have not got any record of arranging an assesor to come and do a survey either.

Seeing as I could not get my payment of £39.95 back I asked for an EPC to be carried out anyway and they said as I have an EPC already there is no point so they wouldn,t supply me with one. This is rich isn,t it? They refuse to give you the goods as they cant see the point and wont refund you your money either.

Stay clear of Express-EPC!
