The Annual General Meeting of the Association will take place on Thursday 15th October 2009 at 1 Roebuck Lane, Sale, Manchester M33 7SY commencing at 2.00 p.m.

The Agenda for the meeting, accompanying documentation and the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2008 are to be found at www.rla.org.uk/agm09. There is also an online proxy form enabling you to vote.

To access these downloadable documents you will need to log in using your membership number.

Members who have requested hard copy paperwork should be in receipt later this week.

Finally, members wanting to help reduce the associations costs and to help protect the environment can opt out of hard copy by clicking on "Change My Details" in the "Member Login Box".
