I have just let one of my properties and within the first three weeks the boiler which is under warranty has failed. the company have taken so far 18 days without fixing the problem. the tennants are asking for compensation from me and threatening to take legal action as am i with the boiler comany. i was wondering if the tennants have any grounds for non payment of rent or anything else?
cheers
