Is living in shared 3 bedroom house with 5 people against health and safety rules, tenant is renting room at £75.00 a week and landlord has moved family of three into box room, alot of noise and arguing and tenant wants to leave tenancy can he live on the grounds that to many people living in rooms and breaking health and safety laws?
