I act as agent for my daughter during her absence working in Dubai.

My daughter first let her UK home on 7th Jne 2008 and obtained thsion of her lender, Alliance and Leicester BS to so do. The lender gives permission on an annual basis and as my daughter is still working away she needs to continue to let the property, she has an existing tenant.

The alliance and Leicester will again grant permission for a further year charging an administration fee of £95. This seems an inordinately high charge for what is no more than the continuation of an existing arrangement, just how much administration can it take? I appreciate that a charge is the norm but seek your views on whether the scale of the charge is also the norm?
