I have problems paying service charges and ground rents.
I have 10 BUY TO LET
6 Buy To Let are with Bank Of Ireland
2 with Coventry Building Society.
2 with Birmingham Midshires
Problem started with bad tenants. And fix rates interest changes from 4.99% to 6.99%
Now its making life hell with service charges and solicltor fees
Rents from all the buy to let wiil not cover the cost.
My personal savings dwindling fast.
Try to sell some off Buy to lets . But Market to low to cover the cost.
Just like to know from other Landlords how they over come this proplems
