House built completed late December 2007. I have two documents one headed ''energy rating'' with the various graphs but at the bottom it states that it is not an authorised SAP certificate. the other is headed '' National Home Energy Rating certificate' and is for the sector of the development.It has a serial no.

Tenants are due to change this August and the agent says that the above are not acceptable for the new EPC requirement. Is this so?? (It is rather irritating to have to obtain a new certificate for what is effectively a brand new eco house)
