A Different Property Tenancy Renewal question

My Tenants are renewing for a third term. The original AST Agreement together with the reissued Agreement for the second term were signed by us as Landlords. (I always insist we sign any docs no matter what & never get the Agents to sign.) This time the same Agent has issued a one-sheet Renewal and signed it themselves. Presumably this change in signatory is in order and has no legal implications on the ongoing tenancy - or does it ??

Regards, Linda
