I manage my daughter's house which she has now rented out for almost 12 months. We had a corgi registered gas safety check done just before the tenants moved in last year. I have a few questions
has corgi registered ceased to be the appropriate qualification?
Is a British Gas 3star annual srevice enough to count as a gas safety check ? or perhaps do I need to get the independent gas engineer back to certificate the property?
