Can anyone help me. My brother is currently renting and he has jsut moved into another property. He signed the agreement and moved in. SInce moving in he has foundd out that he has got a damp problem with the floor in one of the rooms. And also he has just noticed that the agent adertised the property with double glazing and it hasn'/;t got it. Please can some one help
