Removing a vehicle from my property which does not belong to my tenent

Hi my tenant's ex-partner keeps parking his car on the drive of the property I currently let out. After being asked several times to move it by myself and the tenant he refuses to. The police have informed me that I can get it removed but I don't know how I go about this, could you please advise me. Thank you
