my property is currently occupied by my ex-tenant,

the tenant was in arrears also was in receipt of HB and she decided to eat all the money not paying for the property.

we made several attempts to recover the arrears but failed. then the tenant decided to surrender the property (26/6/09)by returning the keys. her contract has expired last year 2008 and she never renewed it.

on 26/6/09 Friday she vacated the property and we took possession same day 2 hours later in vacant unfurnished state.
on 28/6/09 we have been notified by neighbor tenant that the same lady returned to the property by force entry and maliciously damaging the main door and the dead lock secured the flat she was residing until 26/6/09.

i need your advice on what to do.
