Hi,

I have a property which is a maisonette (one of 14) the Managing agent have recently placed a tender for repairs to the building, they have selected one of the four and are now asking each leasholder (me included) to pay £15,000 each for repairs to the building. What is the legal situation can I do my own repairs? if I dont want to pay that amount or dispute the estimates or work what options do I have?

Thanks
