I have just posted a question re joint tenants and have had an email to say there is a reply but am unable to access it although I am logged in - can you let me have the reply again please the question is

We have a new tenant who is a single mum with two children aged 19 and 7. Does the 19 need to be a joint tenant on the AST or is there a clause we need to add to the AST?
