IN THE PAST TWO YEARS WE HAVE PAID OUT £745 TO HAVE RUBBISH REMOVED FROM A GARAGE AT THE REAR OF ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES. TENANTS SAY RUBBISH HAS NOT BEEN LEFT BY THEM. WE HAVE NOW TAKEN PHOTOS OF CLEARED AREA, AND I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE TO TENANT TO SAY WE ARE NOT PREPARED TO PAY OUT ANY MORE TO MOVE RUBBISH DEPOSITED BY EITHER THE TENANT OR OTHERS. GARAGE HAS BEEN SECURED. CAN WE WRITE TO THEM SAYING THIS?
TENANCY SAYS THEY ARE "NOT TO DEPOSIT OR ACCUMULATE ANY WASTE, RUBBISH OR REFUSE IN ANY PART OF THE PREMISES OTHER THAN DUSTBINS PROVIDED"
