I have a tenant who has been on Housing Benefit for many years- the rate paid has lagged well behind market rents and the new LHA. I don't want to get rid of the tenant who is no trouble - but would like the Housing Benefit to transfer to LHA which is 40% higher.

What's the best way of achieving this?
