If a male tenant who is married with 2 children, the wife is now pregnant again but this time the male tenant is not in the equation, he wants her to leave, she wants him out.

I am the landlord, I would rather the male tenant and children stay as the tenant with a tenancy agreement.

He has been the sole tenant with an agreement since 2006 she does not have a tenancy agreement because I would not give her one. Am I wrong or do I still have to evict her.

How do I stand LEGALLY, thats what I would like to know. I dont want to know about their domestics. Thank you.
