Television programme needs Landlords

my name is Franziska Hessberger and I am a journalist working for the second largest private tv-channel in France M6.
The report is adressed to the well known broadcast "Capital"(http://www.m6.fr/emission-capital/) which has 20% audience .

Currently we are preparing a television feature on new housing conditions in London.

We would like to report about the consequences for tenants and especially for landlords, caused by the crisis on the private sales and rental market.
To get a real glimpse on the situation, we are looking for a landlord who could talk to us about his latest experience on the sales and rental market.

We will be filming in London next week, starting september 8 and are eager to get background information on the phone by the end of this week.
