Can any one help us pelase. We have had a client ask us a question and this is there sistuation.

The flat is owed by a brother and sister and the sister wants to sell. As far as i can understand a hip needs to be done but as this will be transfered to just the brother and he will be buying her share of the property has the Home Information Pack still got to be done.

I look forward to any help that any one can give. It will be much appriciated.
